Returns

You have 48 hours prior to the start of a class, seminar of event to cancel your reservation.

To be eligible for a refund or credit, you must cancel prior to the 48-hour window.

Refunds

Once we receive notice of your intent to cancel prior to the 48-hour window and your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 30 days if a check or, depending on your card issuer’s policies the amount of time that card issuer’s policies proscribe.
